On completion you will be able to identify macro and micro-nutrients and food groups to maintain a healthy balanced diet; you will understand how nutrients are absorbed and waste material is eliminated by the body; students will be able to practice simple stretching exercises and techniques, and simple meditation techniques, to aid mobility and relaxation.
This bonus workshop demonstrates how to simply optimise wellness and wellbeing by aiding the body’s healthy function and flow. This workshop lays the groundwork for further study at a deeper level, but also ‘gets you started’. In terms of essential oils; a healthy functioning body eliminates waste products more efficiently, and supports absorption of nutrients and phyto-chemicals, either in the form of plant material (food, herbs etc.) or essential oils.
