On completion you will be able to identify macro and micro-nutrients, and other food groups, that aid maintenance of a healthy balanced diet. You will understand how nutrients are absorbed and waste material is eliminated by the body. You will be able to practice simple stretching exercises and techniques, and simple meditation techniques, as aids to mobility and relaxation.
This bonus workshop ‘gets you started’, and demonstrates how to simply optimise wellness and wellbeing by aiding the body’s healthy function and flow. It will lay the groundwork for further study at a deeper level. In terms of essential oils, a healthy functioning body aids assimilation of phyto-chemicals, eliminates waste products more efficiently, and supports absorption of vital nutrients.
